Studio Policies
Full payment is required at the end of each recording session and prior to delivery of any edited materials. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, credit card or paypal remittance to info@frsprod.com
Studio use for recording is subject to a one (1) hour minimum.
Studio bookings require a $100 deposit to reserve the time/date. Deposits will be refunded ONLY for cancellations made at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled time/date.
All sessions are conducted with the understanding that the client is not in violation of any copyright restrictions of the material in the recording. Front Row Seat Productions, LLC accepts no responsibility for any copyright violations committed in the performances recorded by the client.
Upon request, the client will be provided with a DVD data backup of any audio session. For Video sessions, a Blu-ray backup will be provided for a nominal charge. All session data is the property of the client, and it is the client's responsibility to retain backups for use in future editing and mastering. Front Row Seat Productions, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss of session data.
Upon payment for each session, the client will be provided with a “scratch” CD, containing each take of each selection, identified by voice prompt. To facilitate editing, the client should provide the engineer with copies of all music performed and selections, identifying:
- the “take” to be used as the basis for each track.
- the names of “takes” to be spliced into the basis track with measure numbers or timestamps, identifying the start and end of each splice.
